Section 1.1. Warranty Terms

  • All game accounts purchased on GameWorld are created by our team. All games are legally obtained through official channels and are available at the time of subscription activation.
  • We provide a full warranty for the account’s functionality throughout the duration of the subscription, provided the usage rules are followed.
  • In case of technical issues, we will assist or replace the product.
  • If any malfunctions occur, we will promptly provide a replacement or technical support.

Section 1.2. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Any changes made by the user to account data (login, password, email);
  • Attempts to transfer the account to third parties;
  • Violation of usage terms, including PlayStation Network rules;
  • Account bans or restrictions caused by user actions or third-party services beyond our control.

Section 1.3. Profile Refund Policy

Refunds are possible if:

  • The account is inactive and cannot be replaced;
  • The customer contacts support during the warranty period and provides proof of the issue (including a description and screenshots).

Refunds are not possible if:

  • The account was used in violation of the instructions;
  • The user independently changed the account details or breached the terms of use.

Section 1.4. Additional Provisions

  • We are not responsible for any restrictions or bans imposed by the PlayStation Network platform that are beyond our control.
  • Our support team is always ready to help with technical issues.
